Ian and I have wanted a gas fireplace ever since we moved into our house. It's so nice to come in from the cold and get cozy in front of a fire. And since I'm going to be recovering at home for weeks after the surgery, comfort and coziness are key.
I'm so happy that we now have a gas fireplace, complete with marble surround and wood mantel, completed today! Now I just have to figure out what piece of artwork or whatever to hang above it...
